Clinton-appointed District Judge Susan Bolton ruled against the people of her state, Arizona, and by extension, against the American people. Arizona 1070 has been blocked.

US District Judge, Susan Bolton, who has ruled against
the people of Arizona.
Informed observers expected nothing different. It is an example of how powerful social activist judges are, and why the appointment of liberal Communist Democrat Elena Kagan is so significant. The difference with Kagan is the fact that traitorous Republicans like Lindsay Grahamnesty got to show their support. Bolton, an eastern liberal, was appointed by Bill Clinton in 2000.
Bolton ruled that the state does not have the right to enforce federal law. This principle leaves the door open for exactly what Communist Democrats want–total federal control over everything. The federal government is pleased to destroy the state of Arizona, and every other state. In this way, the federal government assumes control. That’s the plan. The federal government will not enforce immigration law. This invites the chaos and social unrest that they want.
The vote of the people? It is nothing. People are nothing. Judges can easily overrule them. So what if 62% of the Arizona population supported the immigration law SB1070? So what if 60% of the American people support SB1070? And most importantly, so what if the federal government will not support immigration law? The local (federal) judge makes the decision. Never mind what the people want. Never mind national security, state law, the peope’s will. The Communist (activist) judiciary is willfully contributing to the destruction of America. That is the purpose.
Interestingly, CNN reports today that Mexicans in New York are being attacked! CNN calls them “Mexican nationals,” which is apparently code for illegal immigrants. They were seriously assaulted by locals on Staten Island. Of course, the perps were Negroes, and considererd the illegals unfair competition for scarce jobs. So, not to worry, the Negroes will not be prosecuted for hate crime. Negroes do not commit racially motivated crimes. (The Staten Island grand juries have declined to indict for hate crimes so far in these cases.) That’s a nice touch to the illegal immigration problem. Maybe state and local authorities can organize Negro vigilantes to work on the problem. They are exempt from racism or hate crimes.
Consistent with its designed intrusion into America, the Mexican government is outraged by the crimes against illegal Mexicans. The Consul General of Mexico in New York, Rubén Beltrán announced:
We will act decisively in order to protect our citizens and will actively promote that those guilty of these vicious attacks are brought to justice expeditiously.
Let’s get this straight. The illegal Mexicans are Mexican citizens. Therefore, the Mexican government has the right to invade America to protect its citizens.
Staten Island is not so far from Phoenix Arizona. Soon, Mexican political and military (government or criminal–there is no difference) forces will be entering Arizona, that is, America, to protect their precious citizens! That’s it. That’s what it has come to. Communist Democrats want social unrest, uprisings, and revolution. One way or another, they will have it. If the American people don’t rise up against the Communist Democrats, the Mexcans will! (Of course, nothing would please Barry’s boys more. Washington wants to see the destruction (”change”) of America. That’s the whole point and purpose.
The AP version of the Arizona story is the clear voice of liberal Communist Democrats. Writers Jacques Billeaud and Amanda Lee Myers call SB 1070 the “toughest-in-the-nation” immigration law. Obviously nescient, the writers fail to note that SB 1070 simply allows Arizona to enforce federal law, with stiffer restrictions than the federal law puts on their own enforcers.
Judge Bolton very stupidly (that is, intentionally) ruled that “Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked.” In other words, the rest of us have to provide ID, have our police records run down, wait forever for the officer to identify our car, our insurance, as well as our person–all while we’re waiting for a traffic ticket. But if our name is Juan Gonzalez, we can’t be bothered. It would be a “restriction of our liberty.”
Bolton’s rule is specifically, directly and expressly designed to humiliate white people. That’s what this is about. This is what all Communist Democrat rulings are about. Their tool is race. They use persons of color to humiliated, bring down, and to otherwise destroy white America. It’s all part of that oedipal complex against the founding fathers.
Liberals do control the courts, in general. The legal profession is liberal. Court is a human thing, and, in the presence of obvious crime and righteous indignation, the immediate quest for objectivity naturally tends toward indulgence, something toward the opposite of the obvious.
But that is a layman’s explanation. Robert Bork gave a professional account in The Tempting of America: The political Secudtion of the Law (Simon & Schuster, 1990). He noted that as early as 1985, Justice William Brenner declared that the original intent of the framers of the Constitution was impossible to know (p.162). But Bork’s real indictment is, not against the activist judges in power, but the law schools–where lawyers are taught how to regard the law, and how to manipulate it (p.187. f.) In other words, we can say that the university campus, the American education system, is the culprit.
Be their origins what they may, liberal Communist Democrats in power wreak only dissolution on America society. It is a religious commitment on their part. Judge Susan Bolton is a classic dramatist, waiting until the last minute to block SB 1070. Drama is another mark of liberal Communist Democrats.
Of course, injuctions can be lifted. Our assessment of Bolton is based on her rulings presently.

The communists may want a major uprising simply to give them an excuse to impose martial law. After all, how could the first alien black “president” get great glory while keeping within the limits of power set forth in the Constitution.
Obama hates the U.S. and its Founders. His private goal is to crush the power that he perceives as the Oppressor of his race.
Refusal to salute or honor the U.S. flag is, in a person running for President, unthinkable! The refusal is an act-sign of overt hostility to what the flag stands for. It is an enemy of the U.S. who occupies the White House.
A multiracial society cannot long endure in any state of freedom. Multiracial socieites always require tyranny and cruel force just to hold things together.
2 Thrasymachus // Jul 28, 2010 at 5:09 pm
Could you imagine a martial arts tournament in which a contestant refused the mutual bow ritual, which is always the rule just before the match begins? If he (or she) refused, he would be disqualified. And yet a man runs for the highest office in the land and purposely disrespects the flag? Obama is a WASP-hating, America-hating, alien African! It is dangerous to our liberty that he’s in the Oval Office.

Obama has already sealed his fate. He recently promised Saudi Arabian King Abdullah that he will see to it that the Jewish people are not only removed from east Jerusalem, but also moved from Judea and Samaria, the heart of Biblical Israel. New recruits to the Israeli Defense Force are being told to defend their homeland at all costs. Hezbollah is standing ready with over 40,000 missiles to fire into Israel from Gaza. The battle lines are clearly being drawn here. Obama the Muslim Communist is going to rue the day that he aligned himself with the enemies of Israel.
“I will gather all nations and will bring them down into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, and there I will deal with and execute judgement upon them for their treatment of My people and of my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations and because they have divided my land.” Joel 3:2

Israel Prepares For War
Is Israel on the Brink of War?
5 David Yeagley // Jul 28, 2010 at 9:08 pm
These are very troubling times. It was easier to make sense of the world over seas when our own country was more stable. The liberal Communist Democrats have destroyed that.
Michael Savage, however, is predicting a strong Right Wing government in the near future! (Is that a good thing? Well, has to be better. If it means Constitutional and conservative, it has to be.)

is Israel on the brink of war? My answer is simple. So what? IF it is then one of 2 things are going to happen. 1) Either they win and things stay as is or2) they get annihilated and we can save ourselves billions in foreign aid every year. Then we can use the money to, i don’t know, improve things in this country… Tax dollars used to benefit the tax payers. What a concept. As far as us not knowing what the founding fathers thought of things such as the judiciary. Actually we do know many founding fathers wrote what they thought down. However since such writing often disagree with what conservatives think (Separation of church and state anyone?) such writings are generally ignored.

Gary Deloriea….interesting point of view.
Not exactly sure the point you are trying to make. Confused on your point about conservatives’ view of separation of church and state.
Your ’simple’ answer is that nothing really matters in regard to Israel and the tax money should be used to fund more financial hand outs?
In the annals of history, even with all its flaws and errors, what the Founding Fathers established was phenomenal in its concept. Nowhere on earth before or since was such a license for liberty and individual freedom granted to mankind.
This license is eroding and we are in danger of losing it.
Alexis de Tocqueville once observed, “Democracy and socialism have nothing in common but one word: equality. But notice the difference: while democracy seeks equality in liberty, socialism seeks equality in restraint and servitude.”
I just don’t get it. Where is ‘the left’ coming from? Can’t they see what they are doing to this nation? If their particular approach to ‘human rights’ is embraced….it wont be just the conservatives who will be enslaved.

Gotta comment on the comments.
“The communists may want a major uprising simply to give them an excuse to impose martial law.” No, they are just consolidating power. They know we’ll wimp out.
“Obama has already sealed his fate.”- True, he can not dictate to the world, in spite of the size of our military.
“If it means Constitutional and conservative, it has to be.” The Republicans were the first Liberals and started dismantling the Constitution in 1830. As my repub. brother told me when I said our military being in the Middle East was unconstitutional because it is only supposed to defend our borders. He replied that sometimes the Constitution is wrong and needs to be ignored.
“they get annihilated and we can save ourselves billions in foreign aid every year.” No we won’t, they will give the billions to the victors to “rebuild their country.” while continuing to ignore their own.
“Where is ‘the left’ coming from? ” Liberalism is a religion, godless but stemming from ‘Reform Christianity” and it’s ideas about creating God’s Kingdom on earth, only without God. Religious beliefs don’t have to make sense. Look at the Muslim religion as the best example of what the Liberals intend for the world. That’s why they are filling Europe with Muslims. Hispanic Catholics were influenced culturally by the Muslim invasion of Spain and are importing that culture into the US today.
Personally,
I regret that our experiment in a ‘Constitutional Republic’ only lasted approximately forty years before ‘Liberal theology’ erupted out of Europe and invaded the US Congress. Without it, we would not have had all the wars, destruction and an illegal immigration problem bringing Susan Bolton into the fray.
10 Phyllis // Jul 29, 2010 at 9:24 am
Reg…our being in the middle east is unconstitutional…as we can only defend our borders?
I think that point is debatable. We went into several wars without being ‘attacked directly on the homeland’, but in at least some cases I think we were being preemptive with reasonable grounds for action.
The real and rather frightening major issue we are facing today is the progressive liberal goals as to reforming this nation. Global view versus nationalism. Servitude versus liberty. A democratic republic versus a European type of democratic socialism….or worse. I rather think the real goal of the present administration and their supporting ilk is to lead us to that ‘worse’ option.
I just think the godless liberal mentality is just trying to get even with all the conservatives whose values impose guilt and require a conscience to function in society. They need to eliminate any rules with expectations or requirements that impede their hedonistic, self centered view of how to live life. They want to diminish and punish successful individual enterprise in order to provide the means for the godless to immigrate, procreate and overwhelm by sheer numbers.
This nation has erred. This nation has made mistakes. But no where on earth has the individual been given the legal, social and cultural liberties for the individual to embrace the opportunities to be what ever he endeavors to be.
I don’t have a lot of hope that we can stop the insidious mentality which is overtaking this nation.

In the 1830’s the “Democrat” Party represented what Republicans are supposed to represent today. In the 1830’s the Whigs (and their political descendents) were the “Republicans” of the day.
I never knew this turn around of terms every happened until I was doing graduate work at Harvard (no degree, mind you, just doctoral level work). The Age of Jackson saw everything turned inside out.
Pres. John Adams (fearful of Jefferson’s new presidency) wanted to preserve the old Federalist Party–in the judiciary. Adams lastly appointed John Marshall (1801) chief justice, and Marshall continually opted for a strong national (federal) government–much, much moreso that Jefferson. The “Republican” party of that time was a lot more “democratic” in the true sense of the word. They wanted less government, more freedom.
Bork says Marshall was really the first “activist judge” (p.21).
Jeffersonians always strove for state sovereignty.
So, I think that’s what the early Jeffersonian Republicans were doing, not dismantling the Constitution, but trying to make sure the federal government did not become what it has become today. Of coruse, the Civil War was the turning point toward the destruction of independence of states, and the inordinate power of our “federal” government.
12 Pamela K. // Jul 29, 2010 at 9:44 am
So, what is the best course for the state of Arizona? Secession from the Union? There are already serious grassroots movements in Texas, Tennessee, Montana, and Utah to pull out of the United States. I don’t think it is a bad idea considering that the federal government is evil and needs to be taken out. I don’t really advocate another Civil War, but if that is what it is going to take to restore our nation to what it was originally conceived to be in the minds of our Founding Fathers then so be it!
13 Phyllis // Jul 29, 2010 at 9:56 am
I would give anything for Texas to secede. I think Oklahoma would join us.
When the federal government abandons its duty to protect….and wants only the tax revenues from the populace…then we don’t need the federal government.
Realistically, medicare and social security would be hit as it is controlled by the feds and they would confiscate the funds…the state is required to finance Medicaid. There would be a legal mess that would never unravel.
It would be such a long drawn out process, with so much involved…I just don’t think we could achieve secession.

Really an understatement. The dealerships closed were EXCLUSIVELY owned by White males; women and minority-owned dealerships were exempt. 100,000 workers lost their jobs.

Personally, I don’t think that a strong Right Wing government can be elected, given the demographics of the electorate. Blacks and Mexicans will always vote for the Left, as well as committed Left-leaning Whites.
Nevertheless, the American Third Position party does exist for the protection of the civil rights of White Americans.
American Indians should contact the A3P to talk to them about the issues of importance to them. I believe they will also honor the treaties the Founders made with the American Indian. Indeed, there’s a real possibility that they will do more to help secure the rights of the Amercan Indian than either of the major two parties.

The problem I have with Ronald Reagan is that he signed the Martin King “holiday” into law. This helped pave the way for the present-day victory for the Left.
No mere mortal has a right to have a national “holiday” in his name. This is idolatry.
I admire Bach and Beethoven and many others, but I would refuse to give any of them a national holiday. I do remember their birthdays, but not as any kind of sacred observation.

We have to be honest here and blame the white people in America for allowing black culture to be forced upon us. This placating of the blacks has been done primarily by white liberals, and conservatives motivated by false guilt over slavery, something else foistered on America by the liberal establishment. Instead of making blacks responsible and accountable members of the society, like a spolied child who threatens to run away from home if he or she does not get their way, the federal government has been like an obliging and indulgent parent. This started long before I was born and what we see now, in 2010, with a black Communist Muslim liar in the White House, are the fruits of the liberals’ labor.

Hey David. I see above the reference to Harvard work you did. I would like to know what field it was in. You’ve never said, and I can’t find it in your bio. What I did find was the Wikipedia page, which said it was scheduled for deletion. I immediately clicked on Add to Favorites in case it gets deleted. Wikipedia states reasons why they might delete. Well, this is the US, and everybody has Freedom of Speech and Press. If they want to delete, they are like over at AOL right now, where the commenting area has been closed for most articles since just before the Haiti earthquake. Of course why it has really been closed is supression of thought, like in colonial America. Only the King gets to decide who reads what. Maybe BP contributed to this AOL decision. Yahoo is the only wide opened news online site for commenters, within their 7.1.0 toolbar(only obtainable from a Google Search, not even Yahoo). Google does not allow any commenting. It is good to read your thoughts. Reading on a screen beats holding a book open to read. I have a cousin who went to divinity school in California near LA. He’s a Reverend, and a civil engineer, and was in the Marines. When he was a two year old, he was walking in his kitchen in downtown Charleston, SC, where my late Aunt and Uncle lived with him, in the historic district. A large pot of hot boiling water was accidentally knocked off the stove onto him in diapers. He had to stay in an oxygen tent for 10 days. He has no burn scars from that accident. It’s coincidental that your white dad’s last name has “eagle” as part of it, but Bad Eagle was on your mother’s side. I am for passage of the AZ law. They have a problem with illegal spics that requires new laws to deal with their first hand experience with illegals. The Feds, according to them, have not done enough to protect them. And look at Bell, CA. The citizens had to take over and force the admin to resign. Sometimes the government can be corrupt. I’m glad I don’t live in the southwest. But the indians there are ok.

If Obama does not have a US birth certificate, like he’s supposed to, he should be impeached. Some group should bring this to the Supreme Court, like the Bush-Gore election was. If he wasn’t born in the US, he should’nt remain as President. That’s a technicality in the Constitution that was brushed under the rug to be hidden. Of course, McCain was born in the Canal Zone. What should have been done is the runners up to the Rep and Dem nominations should have been nominated if they were born in the US. Personally, I was born in the US, and am two months and 1 week younger than David, about the same age. That’s why I’m able to talk to him and roll with his punches as if this commenting area was “The Berkeley Barb”. Plus I wear a beard, black in it too(the rest white). I am not a Republican. I would never join the party of Lincoln, like Bush called it, and like David is a member of. I will not cut my hair cookie cutter short like white republicans do, and shave as well. Lincoln was a yankee, and his General Sherman went from Atl to Sav burning down every house, forcing women and children to flee into the woods where black bears and antlered deer were, in addition to copperhead snakes. The confederate men were away at war and could not defend the houses. I’m not a Dem either, or a member of any political party. I still know some Republicans, and I talk with them all the time. My sis in law is one, and she has indian blood on her dad’s side. Reps are entitled to be conservative. That’s their business. People, please try to not make grammar errors here. You only live once. Don’t make any on purpose just because David makes some since he thinks he’s a “lifer”(a poor excuse).

What the Establishment has said about Whites:
“I don’t care about your idiot children.”
— Willie Brown, black Mayor of San Francisco, to a white parent complaining that affirmative action would penalize his children, quoted in The Social Contract (Summer 1998, p. 290)
“The goal of abolishing the white race is on its face so desirable that some may find it hard to believe that it could incur any opposition other than from committed white supremacists.”
— Noel Ignatiev, history professor at the Massachusetts College of Art, Harvard Magazine, Sep-Oct 2002
“If allowed to go into effect, S.B. 1070’s mandatory enforcement scheme will conflict with and undermine the federal government’s careful balance of immigration enforcement priorities and objectives.”
— The United States of America, Plaintiff, v. The State of Arizona; and Janice K. Brewer, Governor of the State of Arizona, in her Official Capacity, Defendants.
“Civil rights laws were not passed to protect the rights of white men and do not apply to them.”
— Mary Frances Berry, former Chair, U.S. Civil Rights Commission
“The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs.”
— Senator Ted Kennedy, speaking to the Senate regarding the introduction of the Immigration Act of 1965
“It’s always illegitimate for white men to organize as white men.”
— William Raspberry, a black columnist for the Washington Post
“It’s horrifying to imagine kids being proud to be white.”
— Newsweek, Sept. 14, 2009
“Q: What kind of world do you want to leave to your children?

Phyllis- that point is debatable. The US Constitution, Section 8. “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions” Not much to debate about there. Just because we’ve violated the Constitution numerous times in the past does not justify continued aggression against other counties today. The North invaded the South in violation of the Constitution by saying that the Southern action was not a secession but an insurrection, which would make the invasion a legal matter under the Constitution. That’s why they call it a “Civil War or a ‘war between states” They don’t dare recognize the independent county called the Confederacy because that would be an admission of aggression.
I agree that Texas and Oklahoma would make a pretty good country, though I still think Texans are a bit uppity.

Gosh. It seems like just yesterday that the devotees of the Republican party were singing Dumbya’s praises and chirping “They are here to do jobs Americans don’t want.” Now they want to lay their own complcity in this invasion at the feet of the multi-cultists? That’s some interesting political ju-jitsu. And weren’t those stalwart Right Wingers holding hands with Arabs and shipping America’s manufacturing power to Communist China? You know… Mr. Magic Market with take care of everything… all we have to do is cut taxes on rich people who don’t even work?
A Right Wing government, by definition, is not an improvement over a Multi-culti government. The Republicans proved that. What Americans need is an American government built on the bleached bones of the Ruling Elites.

“But, at least, we could have had a good, strong, black conservative. There are such, are there not? ”
—————————-
At least we could have had a virtuous American-born Negro with a record of academic and political achievement and proven loyalty to the U.S. Constitution.
But the “liberals” just had to prove their power — their defiance — by deliberately breaking U.S. law and wilfully mocking the Constitution by electing the most un-American Black that could be found. All this was done out of sheer hatred for the White Founding Fathers — the desire to abolish the Founders’ America.
If you read the Establishment quotes about White people — just substitute the name of some other ethnic (or religious) group of people, and you’ll discover and feel the startling effect of this pure hatred of Whites inherent in the Establishment.

I’m white. So are stars. So is snow. So is the moon. If indians think I’m a trespasser in the US, what about Kennewick Man from 9,000 years ago? He died from bone infection from a 3″ long cascade point. That means he might have desired peace, but not the indian who shot him. He is traced to the Ainu race from Japan, a caucasian-looking Japanese. His image on a Yahoo! Search shows him w/o hair and beard, but I’ve seen other Ainu with beards. So Kennewick Man disproves injuns were here first. Perhaps Neanderthals were here first, 30,000 years ago, and their remains never have been found. Maybe injuns killed all of them off, and then they were supressed into the reservations by the white man eventually, quieting them down. Maybe injuns killed off Ainus too. Maybe all of them were real war-like, like David says the Comanches were. Why war though?

In answer to your question about conservative blacks, yes, there are quite a few that I believe would have made a far better president than Barack Obama. Uncle Remus would have made a far better president than Obama! I would vote for him solely on the basis of his banishment, along with the classic Disney film, “Song Of The South” by NAACP! I was really shocked to learn that is the reason why this movie has never been re-released either in the movie theatres or on DVD. It makes me sick to think that the NAACP can call the shots about who or what is racist, even an innocent Disney movie!
However, it’s deemed okay to remake a classic movie like “The Karate Kid” with a black child in the lead role. What was wrong with the original movie? An Italian kid from north Jersey wasn’t good enough?
And what about the remake of “Wild Wild West”? I have nothing personally against Will Smith, but Jim West was a white man!
What’s next? A black James Bond? Not!
I wonder what the NAACP’s reaction would be if a white man was cast in a remake of “Shaft”.

What we need here is a war between the useful illegals and the criminal illegals!
35 Gary DeLoriea // Jul 30, 2010 at 12:52 am
Phyllis my point went to the fact that Dr. Yeagley stated that we can’t know what the founding fathers meant as far as their intent for the court system. My point is that there are writings that they left which states their positions on certain matters. I used separation of church and state as an example because that is the one subject that conservatives are willfully ignorant on. I view most of what we spend in foreign aid as unnecessary. I also think that the state of Israel is more trouble than it’s worth. Instead of giving them arms we should make then but them As for using money now used in foreign aid for “handouts” are you aware that this counties infrastructure is crumbling? we can spend money on that. Or how about paying off our national debt? When i was a kid my mother was on welfare. The way she got out was there was at the time a federal program which paid for her to go to college and learn a trade. I saw my family go from barely having enough to get by to my mother being able to go into semi retirement 6 years ago. Unlike most conservatives i view education as an investment in the future of this country. We currently import workers in some field from other nations. Why not train our own people to do these jobs the money that’s put back into the economy will far exceed the original investment. Or maybe use the money to help militarize the border to keep the illegals out in the first place. All of these are better use of tax dollars than foreign aid. BTW the reason the court system is the way it is is so that judges can do their jobs without having to worry about having to face election. The founding Fathers knew enough to know that sometimes that which is right is sometimes not popular and that sometimes that which is popular is not right. I find it amazing that college educated people don’t know something i learned in junior high.
Remind me not to send my daughter to whatever colleges you went to.

Pamela…thanks for that link to ‘Capitalism Magazine’. That particular commentary was written by Walter Williams a conservative black. I think it is very pertinent on state’s rights AND the Arizona Law:
“The People of Virginia declare and make known that the powers granted under the Constitution being derived from the People of the United States may be resumed by them whensoever the same shall be perverted to their injury or oppression and that every power not granted thereby remains with them and at their will.”
All states should have this right according to the 10th amendment.

GDL, just to be clear:
Dr. Yeagley stated that we can’t know what the founding fathers meant as far as their intent for the court system.
I quoted Bork, who was quoting liberal Commie Justice William Brenner (1985 statement).
I personaly think we can know pretty much exactly what they meant!
In a way, it’s almost like biblical interpretation. Liberal theologians say the Bible is defunct precisely because we can know what the prophets meant, and those times are irrelevant today. On the other hand, if it appears to be relevant, then they’ll say we can’t possibly know what they meant.

My point about Arizona considering secession from the Union has less to do with the recently passed law concerning illegal immigration and a whole lot more to do with the fact that I personally believe the federal government is somehow involved in the drug trade coming across the border from Mexico.
Only a few months before Arizona passed their law, there was a rancher and his whole family murdered by members of the drug cartel trespassing on their property down near the Texas-Mexico border. This rancher apparently wrote a letter to the state and the federal governments asking for help because of the drug trafficking that was going on in the area and that he and his family were being threatened. Now their dead! There are ranchers living on the Arizona-Mexico border who are experiencing the same kind of threats to their security. Fortunately, they have a governor who is listening to them! For years now, the United States Government has allowed illegals to come here unchecked, sneaking in across the border. Most of them are coming here to work, however, there is far more of this dangerous element coming across into the United States now, and they are not always Mexican either. Only a few years ago, a joint border patrol from Texas and Mexico found an abandoned camp in the mountains near their shared border where they found Islamic prayer rugs and copies of the Koran left behind. Where did these people disappear to?

Gary…I wish you didn’t ‘assume’ so much about other people’s belief’s or ignorance. I would enjoy a discussion which debated a concept with clear facts. I am afraid I am confused as to where you are coming from and see no possibility of sorting things with you point by point.

Pamela, you’re ever so right on the drug business. Clinton bombed Serbia I’m quite sure because of the Albanain cocaine business. He wanted control over that Albanian entry way into Europe for the Middle Eastern drug traffic.
America betrayed Serbia completely.

Know this, God’s word is clear about those who align themselves against Israel and the Jewish people. Obama defiantly stands with the enemies of Israel and the Jewish people, so therefore, he is standing against God Himself.
“I will bless those who bless you, who confer prosperity or happiness upon you, and curse him who curses or uses insolent language toward you; in you will all the families and kindred of the earth be blessed and by you they will bless themselves.” Genesis 12:3
Obama left Prime Minister Netanyahu waiting downstairs in the White House while he went to eat supper upstairs with his family. What a disgrace that this rude and woefully ignorant man represents America in the world!

And now Serbia, once a solidly Christian nation has fallen to Islam. What a terrible fate.

I think the only foreign country that has “honored” Barry Soetoro so far is Kenya, and that’s basically only his home territory and village there.
He is not honorable. Everyone knows it.

Yes but…..Dr. Yeagley, ‘The O’ has the Nobel Peace Prize!
45 Pamela K. // Jul 30, 2010 at 8:24 am
I remember watching a video of Obama visiting Kenya in 2005. The people greeting him at the airport were yelling, “Welcome Home Native Son!”
While his people might honor him, he definitely has little or no regard for the lives of future Kenyans!
According to LifeNews.com, Obama is set on implementing his devastating abortion policies on Kenya through their new Constitution.
It’s surprising because most Kenyans are Muslims and Islam is against abortion. It is one issue that I can honestly say comes into agreement with the Christian mindset.

Yesterday I intended to let David know about a site other than Google and Amazon he is suing. On Wikipedia, his page says it’s scheduled for deletion. Then you click on why. That entire page is very attacking of David, calling him a racist similar to David Duke, mentioning his other names such as “pushbutton”, etc.. David, I just wanted to inform you of it, buddy. Everybody can like who they want in the US, and don’t have to accept all races. They can be as racist as they want.
48 colleague graduate // Jul 30, 2010 at 12:33 pm
So what if “Pushbutton”? I have two of colleague graduate and Pnutbutrjelyfish, plus more. Everybody’s allowed more than one screen name. They’re pen names to me. If anybody here wants to see a HD tour of where I live, visit flickr.com/colleaguegraduate. I have 16 pages. It is an art site. I just uploaded vids of the full moon the other day, some 200 mbs. I also have youtube.com/pnutbutrjelyfish. Click on HD in lower right corner of screen for HD screen rez. Many have put some of those vids on their art sites all over the world. I tried to establish no copying at youtube, and I guess it didn’t work. But I’m flattered artists have been impressed with my stuff. I’m also flattered David has been the only one in the world with the guts to post my colleague graduate name to the i-net, giving me a plug. Thanks, buddy. That’s why I couldn’t leave this site. Besides, if it gets rough here, it’s just a sensitivity group. A t-group. Egos can be destroyed in one of these groups if a trained behavioral scientist isn’t there. David taught Psychology in behavioral science. I took 6 undergrad courses in Psychology, 5 in Sociology, Philosophy, Poly Sci, Mgt Sci, Organizational Behavior, Ceramic Engineering, Engineering Graphics, Calculus and Fortran IV Computer Science, passing an oral exam in it given by the grad student prof, for my last requirement to graduate from Ga Tech in ‘73. I’m not the moderator here, but I know about t-groups and the stress factor involved. David himself says he like to live dangerously over in the Forums, so that’s t-group living.

Collegue Graduate: I appreciate your concerns about Wikipedia. and another attempt of my detractors to wreak havoc on me. I am looking into it. Wikipedia has the right to post whatever it wants. As long as they do not post false information, I have no recourse should they decide to take down the Wikipedia page on me. I did not make that page. It was made by an editor, who researched every factual detail. There is nothing wrong with the page. The detractors simply cannot abide who and what I am, factually.
50 David Yeagley // Jul 30, 2010 at 2:06 pm
Collegue graduate: Now, as before I must remind you to post properly, appropriately, and pertinently. You mustn’t come on here and talk to yourself. This insults all my readers. Address the topic of the blog, or respond to someone else’s comments. But don’t just post whatever comes to your mind. And do not post while using drugs or drinking. Please. I’ve mentioned this before to you.
51 colleague graduate // Jul 30, 2010 at 3:24 pm
Yeah, ok. And my name’s colleague, as in friend(or former friend). The Wiki page is factual bio, but to click on the highlighted area on that page devoted to why it’s scheduled for deletion is unbelievable. It’s manic-depression, manic being the bio page, depression being the page devoted to why it’s scheduled for deletion.
52 Pamela K. // Jul 30, 2010 at 3:38 pm
It’s like Pamela Geller said in her speech posted today on Atlas Shrugs. If you speak out against Obama and his ilk, the left calls you a racist to try and shut you up.
Keep on speaking the truth, David.

I’ve had to fight here on Bad Eagle. I’ve been called college graduate, and now Collegue graduate. I get uncolleague-like vibes here. I’ve never called David any distortion of his name. David did not tell me why he was at Harvard, even though I asked. I might have to shut this site down again within i-net options and blocked sites. I might begin to side with the Wikipedia reasons why they want to delete David Yeagley. I have to depend on Wikipedia, and they are more important to me than David is. I also might report this site to Microsoft as an abusive site. There are mentions here of state secession, sedition, treason and racism here.
