And now, with the Nobel Peace Prize, the unidentified Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. “Barak Hussein Obama”) needs no affirmative identity! This is a remarkable moment in the history of civilization. A person who has no demonstrable idenity, having paid attorneys one and a quarter million dollars to hid his identity, is accepted by the anti-American world.

They have said I am not the son of my mother. They have said I am a liar, my mother is a liar, (my father is a liar) and the Comanche Nation honors liars, thus, a lying nation, that anyone who engages me honors liars.

Don’t you think this is a bit negative? Libel is a very simple concept. Slander in print. Designed to denigrate, negate, destroy, etc. To publish something that is demonstrably not true, with malice, is fundamental libel.

Well, it will all be clarified soon enough. I could be mistaken, certainly.

I probably should have been more specific.

It would be difficult, “in my opinion” to get an American court to even consider the following statement to be libel: “Doctor Yeagley is not an Indian.”

Obviously, there is more to your argument than the above statement.

Well, I believe in freedom of speech. My opponents are free to “interpret” my ideas however they please. But, they cannot say I’m not who I am, that I’m not born to my mother, and that our family isn’t who and what it is. This is all legally demonstrable. Therefore, my opponents are legally liable.

There are applicable laws. There is precedent as well.

I’m not sure what you mean by “physical state of being,” but, as I said, they can interpret my ideas however they want. That just can’t publish I’m not who I say I am–without any evidence or research.

Doctor Yeagley, I applaud your efforts to inconvenience your enemies, but keep in mind that, opinionated subjects such as one’s physical state of being, are rarely, if ever considered libelous in an American court.

A court in England or Germany is another matter. You may want to keep your powder dry and wait for the inevitable hard left turn with regard to American libel laws.
