IMPEACH OBAMA: Treason, Perjury, and Murderous Intent

by David Yeagley · September 18, 2009 · 22 Comments ·

It’s time. The truth has to be spelled out. Barry Soetoro, (a.k.a. “Barack Hussein Obama”), posing president of the United States, is an enemy of the United States. He is guilty of treason, openly denigrating the American constitution; he is guilty of perjury, publicly lying, repeatedly; and he is guilty of intentionally planning the death of hundreds of thousands of Americans.

The United States Constitution states, Article II, Section 4:

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

To publicly declare that the Unites States Constitution is inadequate is tantamount to denying it, opposing it, and displaying open intent to change it.

To publicly state falsehood (to lie), before the Congress of the United States, before the American people (through mass media), is tantamount to offering false testimony in court. The people rule this country. The people are the highest authority in the land. The president is a perpetual witness, sworn to uphold the Constitution (Article II, Section 1). He has continually lied to the American people. This is mainly due to his not-so-hidden Marxist, anti-American agenda, which he continually and desperate attempts to sell to the people. He is running contrary to American values. He disdains them, and wants to change them. This is called a “domestic” enemy.

To remove health care from the elderly, the terminally ill, the abjectly handicapped and dysfunctional, is tantamount to the plotting of mass murder. (And yet the president plans to provide healthcare for aliens–while denying it at the same time. More “lying.”)

Add to this “high crimes,” we have the following Presidential Determination No. 2009-15 of January 27, 2009: HR 1388, (the re-authorization of an original Ted Kennedy bill from 1993) the $20 million for bringing Palestinians to the United States. This was one of the president’s first acts, January 27, 2009.

I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.

How many more Muslim terrorists will enter the United States as the direct result of this measure?

And add the California Joaquin Valley crisis: the federal government, the EPA, has turned off the water source for the most fertile, productive land in the United States. The president of the United States has not responded to the crisis. He earlier announced a $260 million stimulus package for water projects in California, but this does not affect the Joaquin Valley!

It appears that the liberal Democrat administration intends to make America dependent on foreign food, as well as foreign oil. What other productive domestic lands will be condemned or prohibited?

When the federal government destroys the Joaquin Valley, America’s most fertile land, through the manipulations of the Environmental Protection Agency, we know that the government is the enemy of the people. At this point, the president of the United States represents the figure head of all that is anti-American, all that is set to destroy (i.e., “change”) the United States.

To impeach the president Barry Soetoro (a.k.a. “Barack Hussein Obama”) is the wisest, most imperative, exigent action the government can take. It will never happen, of course, since the present Congress of the United States is incapable of serious, constructive, reform.

But, right actions are not likely to occur without right thoughts. BadEagle.com hopes to at least provide a measure of those.

These are only a few of the major offenses. But the same crimes are present in other measures Barry has taken. The Cap & Trade sell he makes is also false. .

The continuum of misrepresentation and deceptive practices I attribute to the fundamental purpose of the liberal Democrat campaign, of which Obama spearheads. The object is to destroy (”change”) America. They are trying to “sell” this plan, through deceptive, lying words. They know the people don’t want it, and will never support it. Therefore, the campaign of deception.

  • 2 David Yeagley // Sep 18, 2009 at 2:50 pm

Then there’s the new anti-defense scam Obama just pulled off–to try and placate America’s old and consistent enemy: Russia.

Obama Scraps US Missile Defense in Eastern Europe.

Due to Washington’s continual subterfuge and general chicanery, the people need to re-define “ENEMY.” Washington doesn’t know any more. Washington is part of the definition now!

No point in citing Republican failure in Washington, either. The liberal Dems are quickly taking us over the brink. Republicans in DC were a lot slower about it. There was the possibilty of hope…

“To publicly declare that the Unites States Constitution is inadequate is tantamount to denying it, opposing it, and displaying open intent to change it. ”

What’s the purpose of having amendments if the constitution wasn’t supposed to be seen to be inadequate? The very purpose of having amendments is to improve the constitution, and the constitution itself recognises the place of amendments.

  • 4 David Yeagley // Sep 18, 2009 at 5:35 pm

So, you’ve seized my abstraction to criticize it, rather than listened to what Obama said? Did you hear what he said about the constitution?
“Deeply flawed.” He’s not talking about amendments. Listen to what he said. There are other YouTubes of the entire radio interview. Listen, then we can talk.

  • 5 Walksthrough // Sep 18, 2009 at 5:37 pm

In a rare moment, I agree entirely with you on this one. It’s the one word that comes to mind every time he tells another lie. It’s the 800 lb. gorilla in the room that nobody wants to acknowledge. And this is amazing, because impeachment proceedings began against Clinton for far less.

I remember that you don’t go for Hal Lindsey, or believe in the rapture as I understand and believe, but today he will talk about how this marked lack of ability to act in one’s own best interests is one of many signs of the end times just before Christ raptures the Church.

I agree, impeach Obama, and with the same lightning speed he has sought to finish the work that socialism began in the U.S. decades ago.

Here’s one for the constitutional lawyers:

Can a foreign-born president be impeached?

  • 7 beakerkin // Sep 18, 2009 at 7:58 pm

    This is over the top.

  • 8 Sioux // Sep 18, 2009 at 10:36 pm

We can’t wait for the 2010 election to get the Congress back into the inept and slovenly hands of the Repubs. Civil disobedience is the only solution. The farmers have to get the water flowing in spite of the EPA. These socialist wimps are very frightened of us standing up to them. Are they going to shoot the farmers??? Put them in prison??? It’s out of control, just the way Barry and his minions like it. They are quite happy if it all turns into a civil war. It’s all about bring America down…sooner or later. That will never change. So, what are we all waiting for? Pick your issue and once the Marxists declare victory with their Laws, just say NO and obstruct in any way you can.

  • 9 hulagirl // Sep 19, 2009 at 3:17 am

I had no idea of the youtube Obama comments denying the viability of our constitution out there. This is beyond depressing; but shouldn’t be surprising–libs like him hate the U.S. and think we’re the evil ones, etc. True, Mr. Yeagley, how can Obama swear to uphold the Constitution when he thinks it’s a bulls#*t document??

  • 10 One Salient Oversight // Sep 19, 2009 at 5:01 pm

I listened to what Obama said. He said that the Constitution, when it was written, was a remarkable document but deeply flawed because it did not recognise the issue of slavery ie how can a document based upon the equality of mankind not address the obvious inequality expressed in slavery?

    And I agree with him.

That was why Dred Scott v. Sandford occurred (the 1857 federal court case which ruled that slaves and their descendants were not protected by the constitution) and then why the 14th amendment was introduced after the civil war.

Personally I think the 14th amendment was a good thing, as was the defeat of the South and the abolition of slavery. If you agree that the 14th amendment was good and that the defeat of the south and the abolition of slavery was good, then you must therefore believe that the constitution was seriously flawed.

  • 11 Walksthrough // Sep 19, 2009 at 8:00 pm

Okay, we need a transcript of the attached YouTube above:

“I think we can say that the Constitution reflected a (sic) enormous blind spot in this culture that carries on until this day and that the framers had that same blind spot. I don’t think the two views are contradictory to say that it was a remarkable political document that paved the way for where we are now and to say that it also reflected the fundamental flaw of this country that continues to this day.”

Enlighten me: What particular blind spot is he referring to in this conversation? Does it matter?:

What Obama is doing is much different than your average old-school public school teacher giving a quick course on the Constitution, as we received as kids: we were taught that the Constitution was fundamentally well written. And the Bill of Rights were considered positive rights because they were rights for the people. Elsewhere, Obama refers to the Bill of Rights as “negative rights.” That is because the Constitution, as a “fundamentally flawed” “political document,” presumes to hinder government from playing the tyrant on the people.

Obama, using softly spoken, measured words, is here deftly disparaging the Constitution, actually damning it with faint praise, calling it a “remarkable political document” as though it were a common, partisan invention that today would be assumed to mean it will eventually supplanted by another like partisan invention.

It is not a secret that Obama has great contempt for this country as formed. He is again expressing it here, calling the Constitution a reflection of a fundamentally flawed America.

When Obama talks about flaws, he is not being a theologian, as though to imply he is subject to God, who only is great and good and without any flaw at all. No, Obama is the One who has been denigrating America around the world. So, what he is doing is again cursing America. He is cursing America in a world led by some of the most ungodly sort. He repeats his estimation of America’s unworthiness here.

But it is he that is unworthy. As a president who tells lies in as many settings, forums and formats as he possibly can, he is a reflection personified of that fundamental flaw from which the Constitution more than adequately provides the people protection. Therefore, use it or lose it.

Beak, I’m not offended by you’re reaction. I know you know this piece has nothing to do with race. Not on my part. It is strictly political.

Personally, I do think Obama hates white people, and hates white achievement. In his Communist mind, this is all wrong. He hates America because it represents white achievement. As a Marxists, he believe this achievement was created by the abuse of non-white people.

But, be that as it may, Obama is simply an enemy of the United States. A white liberal could push the same agendas.

  • 13 David Yeagley // Sep 19, 2009 at 8:41 pm

Clinton perjured himself, but was not convicted. He lied, under oath, but Congress couldn’t pull it together to oust him. We have nothing in Congress. No power, except to oppress the people. Congress is also an enemy of the country.

We can vote them out, but not before they’ve made irreparably damaging “laws” against the welfare of the country.

They don’t do what they say they’re going to do when they run for office. How some of these morally lost people get elected decade after decade tells me that the moral condition of the American people is very poor. This is the fruit of the ’60’s. Fully ripe now.

  • 14 beakerkin // Sep 20, 2009 at 3:06 am

    Doc

Planning the deaths of whom??? We can argue about the impact of heath care and resources. I am against the policy and went to DC to express it.
    This is over the top.

    Dr Yeagley,

You posted about this topic before. Finally people are becoming aware of how American Indians are being treated especially per Government run health care.

Ready To Move To The Res?

  • 16 David Yeagley // Sep 20, 2009 at 11:50 am

Well, those old treaties were about rotten meat, hard sugar, and coffee grounds “as long as the wind blows and the grass grows,” the gubment would “take care” of us.

Didn’t say anything about dental, car, or health insurance…

It is the fundamental challenge for Indians to take charge of ourselves, given our resources…

re: the supposed California Joaquin Valley crisis: I live in the San Joaquin valley, which was
always a desert on the western side, which Sean Hannity visited during his muck racking
episode. The TRUTH is that the valley gets all the water it needs from the rivers flowing off the Sierra Nevada mountains and that this water once filled Tule Lake, the largest lake west of the Great Lakes. But the developers and farmers, in their greed, drained this lake and turned the center of the San Joaquin valley into a desert. The San Joaquin River once flowed NORTH, and commercial fisherment could take salmon with nets as far south as Visalia. But the California Water Resources Board decided that NO DROP OF WATER should reach the sea, causing the Sacramento River delta to start drying up. The California Aqueduct PUMPED water SOUTH until recently, and the irrigation water deposits heavy metals like arsenic and selenium in the center of the valley poisoning migratory birds. The rest of the water is pumped south to Los Angeles and other desert cities which should have never existed. Now the greedy farmers like Allen Autry are angry because their water has been shut off and they can’t get richer off the exploitation of illegal immigrant labor. The rich farmers around here
live in obscene mansions on tops of hills and drive exotic sports cars and own huge boats and vacation in Europe. They don’t want that to stop. Their lands are worth millions of dollars, whether they farm them or sell them to land developers. Their forefathers got these lands from the Spanish and Mexican land grant holders and from the Native Americans, and the ordinary American homesteader had to give up his land to the banks long ago. The banks sold the land to land and cattle companies and agribusiness which attracts an illegal alien work force. The delta smelt issue is a “red herring”.
The pumps should remain shut off so that the illegal aliens will go elsewhere looking for work, and perhaps the population of the central valley will decrease enough so that nature can
HEAL itself. Expecting this valley to feed the country (and the world) very much longer
sea is as unrealistic as crapping in a stopped up toilet and never expecting it to overflow on the flow. The San Joaquin Valley now has no natural outlet for toxic water and the air is so polluted you can only see for ten miles. You used to be able to see 150 miles on a clear day.
The central San Joaquin valley has been called the most polluted part of California. The water should remain shut off.

  • 18 David Yeagley // Sep 20, 2009 at 4:08 pm

So, nothing like the authority of one who lives there.

So, we must believe the masses of people who have been protesting the water shortage don’t live there, or aren’t involved.

So, we to understand that it’s all a “China Town” story (Jack Nicholson, 1974), from 1930’s Los Angeles land developing era–involving water works.

So, we are to dismiss the 12.8% produce figure of American fruit and vegetables.

Black_Sun, you make sense, but you don’t make sense. The so-called “main stream” media, the liberals who would advocate your positions, are utterly silent about it. Why?

The government didn’t shut off the water to force illegal immigrant migration elsewhere; not to punish the “greedy,” as you call them. The government (EPA) didn’t shut the water off to save the valley. Not according to what they said.

It’s only to save the minnow. So why such an offensive story, seemingly stupid story, if everything you say is true? Why aren’t all the liberals shouting your story?

  • 19 Black_Sun // Sep 21, 2009 at 11:13 am

“So, nothing like the authority of one who lives there.”

I was born in California, have lived all my life in California, but when I try to get a job here in Tulare County, I get called an “Okie”.

My great grandfather actually came here from Colorado during the Great Depression. My
grandmother was born in a sod house on the prairie the same year that South Dakota became a state. Great grandpa tried homesteading in ten different states. While there was free land, there was no water and there was a scarcity of labor so most of the homesteaders failed and had to sell or abandon their land, or the banks foreclosed on loans for agricultural equipment and seed.

Read: “Beyond the Hundredth Meridian” by Wallace Stegner, and “The Great Western Divide: A History With Crow, Coyote, Chaos And God” By John Spivey

My great grandfather wound up working as a janitor in an oil drilling company’s office at age
    79. When I told nativist co-workers about that, I got called an “Okie” and was advised that
*their* deserving families had been in the valley for 150 years.

Tulare county was the scene of John Steinbeck’s “Grapes of Wrath”, which is fictionalized version of a true story that had its tragic end near Pixley and Delano.

Delano is a battleground between the Nortenos, a coalition of Mexican gangs from the northern valley and the Surenos, a coalition of mexican gangs from southern California. The war is over drug dealing territory and “turf” because Mexicans are naturally territorial and protective of whatever barrio they live in.

Fresno County has its own Mexican gang “set”, the “Dogs”, named after the Fresno Bulldogs
football team. The red football helmet that Paul Rodriguez gave Hannity was a Bulldogs helmet,
and I thought to myself, “My God! Doesn’t Hannity know what he’s supporting? The Mexican “Dogs” actually BARK at anybody who enters what they think is their turf.

Pixley still looks like it looked when Steinbeck gathered his material for the novel. Okie girls
hang around the truck stops, hoping to get a “date” with a trucker, so they can feed their
    family.

Steinbeck is still hated in Kern County and Tulare County and his books were publicly burned on the steps of the Kern County library. Tulare County is actively trying to drive out all the people perceived as “Okies” and create a docile, “hardworking” and above all, an *exploitable* Mexican workforce here.

If you go to the county office building, you’ll see offices all in a row where agribusiness can
put in an order for Mexican laborers and pick them up. The next office is where Mexicans collect their unemployment insurance and are advised about how to get free rent and utilities. In the next office, Mexicans are taught how to fabricate bogus resumes so they can interview for non-agricultural jobs. If they take such a job, this opens up an agricultural job for another
    illegal alien.

80% of the agricultural work force here is illegal aliens and the labor contractors who are
getting rich off the backs of their Mexican countrymen have been complaing that ICE is “out to get” labor contractors.

The next office is where Mexicans get welfare and foodstamps. Next to that is the probation department, where Mexican gangbangers report to explain why they haven’t gotten a job yet or the pay their child support.Next to that is a day care center for Mexican
bureaucrats working in the offices and for the children of Mexicans applying for welfare or visiting the other offices.

And the government bureaucracies, especially law enforcement agencies are profiting from the
exploitation of illegal aliens. California Department of Corrections prison guards are able to buy huge homes, drive monstrous pickup trucks towing boats to California’s lakes and the ocean because there are so many Mexican offenders needing incarceration and “correction”.

By the time a local cop is 40 years old, he can retire at full pay for the rest of his life. “Full pay” included all the overtime he worked in his last year on whatever force he was on.

Then he can take a co-lateral job in another agency wherever he wants to live and work for another retirement…

The state “development center” for retarded children is the largest employer in this town,
with three staff for every retarded kid, 2/3rds of whom are Mexicans. The staff is complaining that the state cannot afford to pay them because of the budget crisis.

“So, we must believe the masses of people who have been protesting the water shortage don’t live there, or aren’t involved.”

Sure they are involved, They are involved in getting rich or in staying rich. The Mexicans who were seen whining on Hannity’s show live better on unemployment and welfare in California than they could ever live in Mexico. And, if you ever drove past a California field and saw what the Mexican pickers were driving, you’d be amazed by the expensive customized cars and huge dually pickup trucks parked there. My Mexican neighbors who are labor contractors, exploiting their fellow Mexicans, are living in huge custom built homes with half a dozen new cars in the driveway. Their kids are going to college to learn to be bureaucrats so they can run the “turn key” system that the Democrats are prepared to hand them by 2050 AD.

Across the street from this mansion are shacks that were built to house Mexican migratory
workers in the 1950’s, but the poor people living in the shacks are starving Americans who cannot get work in an economy where the preferred worker is a Mexican who speaks very little English.

“So, we to understand that it’s all a “China Town” story (Jack Nicholson, 1974), from 1930’s Los Angeles land developing era–involving water works.”

“Chinatown” was a film noir version of actual historical events. I used to work for the Los
Angeles Department of Water and Power and have been all through the system. Engineer Mulholland didn’t drown in a decorative saltwater pond, he actually died a broken man after the collapse of the St. Francis dam in 1924. It wan’t his fault, he couldn’t have known that the dam was built on a fault and that the shist structure below the dam would slake once it got wet. The flood roared all the way down the Santa Clarita river to the sea, killing hundreds on the way.

The history of the State of Greed and Injustice called “California” is far too long to relate
here, but it started with the arrogance of Spain’s claim to half the world and their
determination to keep the English and Russians from developing the territory. And Junipero Serra’s desire to save souls for Jesus Christ eventually wound up in the genocide of 300,000 Native Americans. A similarly ambitious Spanish cleric named Fernando Garces hoped he could find glory by emulating Serra’s system of 21 missions along the coast. He explored this area in 1774, but returned to a mission in Arizona where the Mojave Indians bashed his head in with a rock, saying, “He’s the worst one of all”. It didn’t matter to the Indian tribes in the Sierra Nevada that Garces died though. Indians who excaped from the Hell of the Spanish mission system on the coast carried communicable diseases to the mountain tribes and they died en masse.

Other fictionalized accounts of the State of Injustice called California include: “In Dubious
Battle” by John Steinbeck and “Martin Eden” by Jack London

“So, we are to dismiss the 12.8% produce figure of American fruit and vegetables.”

A person cannot reasonably expect to kill his mother and get away with it. That’s called
“matricide”. The Earth is our mother, but she cannot continue to nourish us as she is being
*murdered* by the greedy land developers and greedy farmers and greedy global capitalists.

“Black_Sun, you make sense, but you don’t make sense. The so-called “main stream” media, the liberals who would advocate your positions, are utterly silent about it. Why?”

Unemployment is a “hot button” issue in this economy, and both the Republicans and the Democrats want this whining Mexican lumpenproletariat to vote for their party so they can stay in power and pay off the greedy capitalists who support them.

“The government didn’t shut off the water to force illegal immigrant migration elsewhere; not to punish the “greedy,” as you call them. The government (EPA) didn’t shut the water off to save the valley. Not according to what they said.”

Of course the government didn’t shut off the water to run the illegals out, save the valley or
stop the greedy farmers and developers. But shutting off the pumps may just save the local
environment and give it a chance to heal. I live about 40 miles from Mt. Whitney, the tallest
mountain in the continental USA, but I can’t see it very often, because of the choking air
    pollution.

“It’s only to save the minnow. So why such an offensive story, seemingly stupid story, if everything you say is true? Why aren’t all the liberals shouting your story?”

The politicians in both parties are pimping their parties for the votes. Alexis de Tocqueville
investigated American democracy in the 1820’s and reported back to the French government that Americans would do anything in order to prove the hypothetical equality of “all men” and that the experiment would come to an end in a “tyranny of the majority”, which we are seeing now, as the Democrats control congress. I wrote Barry Soetoro a note the other day, begging him not to be the tyrant who ends democracy in the USA. He hasn’t responded.

Soetoro is a demoagogic orator who knows what he needs to do in order to foist multicultural socialism on the USA, and he knows that the public is aware of what he’s doing, thanks to the investigative reporting of Glenn Beck, but Sean Hannity jumped in on the wrong side of the water “shortage” in western Fresno county. The farmers shouldn’t expect to
drain the Sacramento Delta and destroy the ecology there, just like they destroyed the southern San Joaquin valley by draining Tule Lake and shutting off the natural San Joaquin River!

Hm, hmm, hmm!! This is quite the testimony. Only a man of great experience could make it. And here it is on a comment. It needs to be transferred to a place where more people will see it. Let me think about this…

California never has had the reputation of being a particularly sane place, but, this is “over the top,” as they say. It is one of the most beautiful places in the world, of course. I have an uncle in Carlsbad, way up in his ’80’s, who was marine fighter pilot, in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Our family always used to tell him that he needed to move from California, because the whole state was going to drop off into the Pacific!

I still find it hard to believe that the other, deeper, important aspects of this story haven’t been brought up by the liberals. I don’t watch a lot of mainstream media, but I have looked for this story. They couldn’t care less, apparently. Or, they’re covering up the liberal role in destroying things…

Muchos gracias for taking the time to write this out. I want to re-post this, with your permission. This is quite a testimony!

DY says “To remove health care from the elderly, the terminally ill, the abjectly handicapped and dysfunctional, is tantamount to the plotting of mass murder.”

I read such words and think ‘He can’t possibly believe the words he writes! Can he?’

Strangely, I have not really followed the health care debate but surely your description of Obama’s proposals are 180 degrees skewed from reality. Surely the pressure for health care reform results from the sad fact that too many elderly die without proper health care, too many marginalized people lack adequate access to doctors and hospitals. America is a capitalist society and if you don’t have much in the line of capital medical treatment is hard to acquire. Obama wants to fix these problems not create them: he wants health care to be guaranteed to the elderly, the handicapped, the terminally ill, and so on. As I said, 180 degrees from the claims of your post.

I would like to amend/append my previous post which was in response to D.Yeagley’s claims regarding health care reform. I admitted that I have not really followed the health care debate, so perhaps I shouldn’t have spoken in the President’s defense. Perhaps Obama really does wish to remove health care from the elderly, the terminally ill, and so on. But this is such an extraordinary claim that it really requires extraordinary evidence before I would accept it. In fact, I would not readily accept the claim if it was made about anyone on the farthest libertarian right, or the farthest communist left. This Can Not be the goal of Obama and friends. It could, of course, be a consequence of health care reform, but that is a different issue. And there is certainly no necessity that such dire consequences would follow — the Canadian neighbors to the north seem to have a decent health care system and we don’t hear of their elderly or handicapped being denied medical care.
